Dr. Mirza Rizwan

Dr. Mirza Rizwan is an innovation strategist, sustainability researcher, and education reformer credited with building some of India’s most visionary innovation ecosystems. As Founder of Educoart, he is creating a global generative education framework that fuses ancient wisdom with modern technology to nurture young innovators and entrepreneurs. A recipient of the George Washington Honor Medal for educational transformation, he has led transformative missions as Chief Innovation Officer, driving product design, IP creation, and startup acceleration. Since 2016, Dr. Rizwan has been an invited judge for the R&D100 Awards, Conrad Spirit of Innovation Challenge (since 2018), and Hult Prize (2017), evaluating groundbreaking innovations from NASA, U.S. Department of Energy labs, and leading global institutions.

Dr. Sabahat S.
